Our hospitals pay a lot of attention to psychological support as part of patient care. And in response to the growing demand in recent years, the number of psychologists in our hospitals has increased significantly. Our psychologists’ areas of focus are diagnostics, support and therapy for patients, They advise other clinicians and care providers.
About us
Our psychologists' services are provided within a multidisciplinary set-up: there are specific partnerships with the various departments within our hospitals. Within this (health insurance fund) setting, the emphasis is on consultations with and diagnosis of admitted patients at the request of their attending physicians.
In addition, time is freed up for outpatient consultations (as part of follow-up care or referral) and outpatient diagnostic examinations, in each case at the request of our hospitals' physicians. In this way, we try to offer added value to the treatment and support for our patients and the people around them.
