Ghent Bruges conference room
The medical centre in Ghent-Bruges opens its conference room for consultations, meetings and lectures for (general) physicians and/or healthcare-related organisations. We look forward to a pleasant cooperation and engaging encounters.
Facilities
Facilities- The room can accommodate thirty-five people (without tables).
- A coffee machine (with hot water for tea) and water fountain are always available.
- You can reserve a laptop, beamer, click share button, laser pointer and an access badge (for meetings after 6.30pm). You can pick them up the day of the meeting between 8.30am and 12pm and between 1.30pm and 4.30pm at the reception desk of the medical centre. The badge provides access only to the entrance, the conference room and the toilets.
- Rolls and sandwiches, soft drinks, wine, beer or champagne are available from a local delicatessen. Click here for more details.
- We ask you to make sure to leave the conference room clean and tidy after your meeting or presentation. Please return tables and chairs to their original positions.
