You exercise intensively, but want to optimise your performance even more.

After your online questionnaire, your sports medicine physician will go through your goarls together with you.

A maximal stress test and full biomechanical screening give us enough information to define the points you have to work on and create an individual action plan.

This module can be expanded with dietary consultation and/or mental coaching. The physician will discuss this after the intake interview.

• Intake with a sports doctor (possibly, along with a blood draw)
