For now, this children's website only covers Maria Middelares General Hospital.
Children are increasingly searching for information on their own (digitally). To make sure children get to read or hear the right information, we developed a children’s website: kids.mariamiddelares.be.
The website provides accurate information about (day) admissions, examinations and what is involved, in a simple manner that is manageable for children. This way, our young patients can come to our hospital well prepared and with peace of mind.

The child-friendly theme 'forest animals', is the common thread throughout the site. The raccoon acts as the main character.
We are gradually expanding the site with videos and interactive games. Practical information for the site in Deinze will be added to the website in the coming months.
