2022 is the 20th year of patients' rights!
On Tuesday, 7 June, the international ‘What Matters to You Day,’ our hospital is putting an extra spotlight on patient rights. At an information stand near the hospital exit, patients were given answers to the following questions, among others, based on a personal conversation and some folders:
- What are your rights as a patient and what can you expect from us, as a patient?
- What do rights mean in practice?
- What is the importance of an emergency contact or a representative?
