Registration for Revivo oncological rehabilitation

- Register online for each session you’d like to participate in by at least one day before the information session of your preference.
- Select which information session you’re interested in! More explanation about session content is provided in the Revivo leaflet.
- The informational sessions are given at our hospital, in the HR room:
- Go through gate A to the third floor.
- When you exit the lift or the stairway, turn left.
- You will go through the glass swinging doors and past the toilets.
- The HR room is on the left side.
