Do you still have questions after reading a leaflet? Do not hesitate to contact our staff. They will be happy to assist you.

We have drawn up several welcome leaflets for your admission and hospital stay. They will provide you with specific information, for instance on what you need to bring with you to the hospital, where you need to check in, when you go back home, etc.

Anaesthesia leaflet

Are you coming to the hospital for an operation or tests under anaesthesia? Make sure to read the ‘Finding out more about anaesthesia’ leaflet too. Please complete the Informed Consent form and the home medication sheet, and bring these documents with you when you are admitted.
