Anaesthesia leafletAre you coming to the hospital for an operation or tests under anaesthesia? Make sure to read the ‘Finding out more about anaesthesia’ leaflet too. Please complete the Informed Consent form and the home medication sheet, and bring these documents with you when you are admitted.
