Diabetic Foot Clinic

What is it?

The Foot Centre at Maria Middelares General Hospital helps address the important appeal put out by GPs to treat diabetic feet. Your condition will be treated by specialists of different departments. Our team consists of a foot surgeon, vascular surgeon, an endocrinologist and a geriatric and wound care specialist. Sometimes, we also call on the expertise of a dermatologist.

All the care is provided at one place and one time, with all specialist recommendations. After the consultation, patients receive the necessary guidelines that they can take with them.

Consultation

Diabetic patients with atonic wound formation on their feet are welcome to come for a consultation each Friday, between 9.00am and 11.00am, to the Diabetic Foot Clinic at Maria Middelares General Hospital (with a maximum of four places per session). Our Diabetic Foot Clinic is located in the D block on the fourth floor (D402).
