To help everyone as best as possible and not keep anyone waiting too long, we ask that you only register one person for each appointment. If you have questions about two or more of your children, please book a separate appointment for each of them. If you come for a more extensive problem or a difficult conversation, please contact the secretariat by phone so that the necessary extra time can be provided.

• Consultations on allergy with Dr Leus happen only at the allergy centre and can only be booked by phone.
• Consultations on urology with Dr Aeyels can only be arranged by telephone.
• For an examination of the heart (this is only possible with Dr De Cono and Dr Meirlaen) you need a referral. This examination can only be scheduled at our location in Maria Middelares, Ghent.
• Consultations on pneumology (respiratory problems that have already lasted more than 4 weeks) or allergy with Dr Van de Voorde can only be booked by telephone.
• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be invoiced.
