Consultation
ConsultationBefore coming to the neurology surgery service, you should first register: register at the e-kiosk with your identity card.
What do you bring?
- identity card
- referral letter from your GP (only patients who have undergone surgery within the neurosurgery service in the past 12 months can make an appointment without a referral)
- recent imaging
- medication sheet: make a list of the medicines you already take, including the name of the medicine and dose you take every day. You can use the form below to do this. Feel free to also take a picture of the packaging with your phone

For consultations, you will receive an invoice from the hospital. This is usually one to two months after your appointment. Read more about this invoice here.
Hospitalisation
HospitalisationIf, after the consultation and any further investigations, it appears that a hospital admission is necessary, a suitable schedule for this will be drawn up together with the secretarial assistant.
