Our care domains
The nursing departments and medical services of our hospitals are clustered into six care domains based on substantive criteria and defined by patient pathways. These care domains are:
- Internist pathway
- Surgical and cardiological pathway
- Short pathway
- Chronic track
- 24/7 pathway
- Operating theatre
For the nursing department, the mobile team forms the seventh care domain.
The domain managers of each of these care domains meet weekly at a care meeting to discuss ongoing projects. There are also some medical care experts who work across several domains and also meet on a regular basis. Pilot projects are launched within a specific domain, with the intention of implementing them hospital-wide afterwards.
