You can make an appointment on the various sites. Always check carefully on your appointment confirmation at which location your appointment will take place.

Appointment at one of the following locations? First sign in at the e-kiosk with your electronic identity card e-ID.

• Ghent - AZ Maria Middelares
• Deinze - AZ Sint-Vincentius
• Gentbrugge - Maria Middelares Medical Centre

Appointment in an outpatient clinic? Register with the secretariat.

• Any referral letter from the GP
• Any previous reports or results of tests or blood analysis
• Medication sheet: make a list of the medicines you already take including the name of the medicine and dose you take daily. You can use the form below to do this. Feel free to also take a picture of the packaging with your phone.

The surgeon may decide that more extensive investigations are needed. This will be discussed with you during the consultation. For your comfort, we try to group different examinations together during the consultation. You can make appointments for these examinations at the secretariat.

For consultations at AZ Maria Middelares, AZ Sint-Vincentius Deinze and the Medical Centre in Gentbrugge, you will receive an invoice from the hospital.

This is usually one to two months after your appointment.
