Tips to prevent falls and the importance of exercise

A fall can happen easily. The likelihood of falls increases with age, and falls may have serious consequences.

We will provide you with more information in the leaflet below. The ‘Fall prevention: tips to prevent falls’ leaflet provides tips in relation to personal care and exercise, safe conditions at home, aspects that you should discuss with your physician and what to do should you have a fall.
