What is it?In addition to post-operative follow-up, a committed multidisciplinary team combines its personal expertise to treat chronic wound problems. Together with the patient, they want to create the best possible conditions for rapid but complete wound healing.
The wound is looked after during the consultation and the wound care plan is communicated to the first-line care professional (e.g. GP) to ensure continuity of care.
