Fertility tests for men

In order to examine possible male causes, a sperm count (semen analysis) is performed. There are three important issues to keep in mind: the number of sperm cells, the sperm mobility and the shape (morphology) of the sperm.

If a problem is indicated, an appointment with a urologist can be schedule to investigate potential causes. If the sperm count is particularly low, we can perform genetic testing (karyotyping).
