AZ Maria Middelares rises to top 5 in Newsweek rankings

The renowned US magazine Newsweek publishes its annual World's Best Hospitals ranking, a list of the best hospitals by country. This year, we achieved a fantastic 5th place in Belgium, which not only moves us up in the ranking, but also makes us the highest-ranked general hospital.

The World's Best Hospitals list is compiled based on recommendations from healthcare professionals, patient experiences and quality indicators. The ranking is an important international recognition of hospitals' efforts in patient care, innovation and medical progress.
